Yes, with one important limit. AST Lifetime Membership includes lifetime access to all current Trailblazer-tier benefits, and you will automatically receive any future enhancements to that same tier for as long as AST operates. It does not guarantee access to any new, separately named membership tier introduced later.

"Lifetime" refers to the operating lifetime of AST. If AST closes, is acquired, or undergoes significant restructuring, we will make every reasonable effort to honor outstanding Lifetime Membership benefits. However, a successor entity's ability to do so may depend on its own capacity and structure, and benefits may be adjusted, converted to reasonable alternatives, or discontinued if honoring them in their original form is no longer feasible.

Your may gift your annual AST Forum to one other person each year. The membership itself, along with its other benefits, remains non-transferable and tied to the original Lifetime Member.

Yes, USD 428 is the confirmed one-time price for this offer. It reflects the value of the benefits and AST's standard 5% contribution to social and environmental causes, which applies to all membership revenue, including Lifetime Memberships.
